AUTHENTICITY
We are proud to be an authorized dealer for many of today’s trusted eyewear brands. All our eyewear products are 100% authentic, ensuring you all the benefits of the manufacturer’s quality materials and product performance
FRAME WARRANTY
- We honor all frame manufacturers warranties. Most frame companies offer a 2 year replacement warranty, from date of purchase, against manufacturer’s defects.
- Warranty does not include inflicted damage or loss. Defects not covered under warranty include but are not limited to:
- A general demur in appearance (eyeglasses are subject to the “wear and tear” of everyday life, therefore it is natural to expected they will appear less new over time)
- Damage caused from frames being bumped, twisted, bent, scratched or marked, no matter what the cause, including spring temples that have been over extended
- Damage caused from neglect such as, not maintaining regular maintenance or hygiene required for frame materials
- Damage caused from excessive exposure to elements such as, heat or chemicals
LENS WARRANTY
- We offer a 30 day replacement warranty for a one time adaption change, valid from date of purchase on prescription lenses. The warranty covers any prescription change, adaption difficulties, lab faults or lens defects
- Warranty does not include inflicted damage or loss, including scratches or chips, regardless of intent. Accidents occur but fall under insurance rather than manufacturer warranty
- The warranty on our Progressive Lenses extends to 90 days from date of purchase, for a one time adaption change at no charge
COATING WARRANTY
- Our anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings from Essilor, Nikon and Luxor all have a limited 2 year warranty. During the 2 year warranty period, the lenses will be replaced, once, at no charge if damaged due to coating defect or scratching under normal usage
- The prescription from the original invoice must be used for replacement
PATIENTS OWN FRAME EDGING & MOUNTING
- We are committed to handling a “patient’s own frame” with the maximum care and precaution; however, there is no warranty for damage or breakage to the frame due to frame adjustments or mounting lenses to a “patient’s own frame”
- There will be a charge for any repairs or replacements needed to use a patients own frame
- If we are unable to replace the frame due to unavailability, we will do our best to provide a comparable substitute with any and all replacements at the patients expense
