We are proud of our wonderful staff at Port Perry Optical. They’re active members of our community and friendly and knowledgeable optical professionals.
BROCK REVILLE – OPTICIAN/OWNER
“One way to best describe my work is “Trust in my work environment”. That starts by arranging eye examinations for our patients with an Optometrist who cares about our patients’ eye health needs. I research and select lens manufacturers and labs who have demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement in their optical products. I also use frame products with brand names that are trusted for quality, materials durability, comfort, warranty, and service. I work with friendly optical staff who share my commitment to quality and trust and continue to grow with me in their optical education. I am part of an amazing Port Perry Optical team, community, and industry.”
If you don’t see Brock in the store, his is most likely enjoying his farm and his favorite horse, Friday. Brock wears his glasses in a wide variety of activities ranging from close, detailed work in the optical lab to outdoor adventures with his horse and rougher handyman tasks. Brock typically chooses to keep a few pairs of glasses available that are configured to his specific needs. However, he’s also a bit forgetful with his glasses so chooses a multipurpose approach to his eyeglasses with his X-ide frames from Italy and “Varilux S Series” digital design progressive multifocal lenses with Transitions and Crizal Forte’ anti reflection. In addition to looking fashionable, these glasses are versatile and resilient to meet all his eyeglass needs in one solution.
WENDY REVILLE – OPTICIAN/OWNER
“After graduating as a licensed Optician, I had lots of optics and formulas in my head, but I showed up at my first job unsure how to begin. It’s been an educational and inspiring 30-year journey. The innovation, changes and progression in the optical industry remain intriguing. I’m surrounded with a positive environment of coworkers, community and a way to help others. Best job on earth!”
Wendy is the “artsy” of the couple, and enjoys the cello, participating in a number of ensembles. Wendy loves the fashion and styling of the European frames and is the purchasing consultant for Port Perry Optical.
Her #1 focus on choosing glasses for herself is comfort. Wendy requires an extremely strong eye correction, and gets the best vision from her Silhouette Titanium 4 point rimlon frames and thinner 1.74 high-index digital progressive multifocal lenses called “Balance” by Nikon, with touch SEE YOU anti-reflective coating.

ANNE HARLAND – OFFICE ASSISTANT
A retired school teacher, Anne has been a valuable part of Port Perry Optical since 2003. She coordinates file management, organizes and maintains shelving and displays, is our general office “Girl Friday”, and is our walking calendar for reminders and special dates. Anne prefers to work with two pairs of eyeglasses. For reading she wears an Izumi metal rimion frame and single vision reading glasses with Crizal anti reflection, which allow her a large viewing area at her desk.
